The Fourth Victim is a film very much in the style of Umberto Lenzi's late sixties Giallo's (including Orgasmo and So Sweet...So Perverse). The film is very tame and relies on its story, rather than brutal and bloody murders, for its thrills; and that, unfortunately, is its downfall.

Sep 30, 2021 · The Fourth Victim is a solid thriller boasting really nice production values and a great cast. Severin Film's Blu-ray release brings this underappreciated and previously tough to see to Blu-ray with a nice presentation and a few solid extra features as well.
In The Fourth Victim, Carroll Baker plays the quirky neighbor of a notorious serial widower (Michael Craig) who narrowly avoided conviction for the death of his third wife. We The Viewers know his situation because we’re forced to sit through his criminal trial (replete with British barrister wigs) early in the film.
