  8. Liberation - the 5 movie epic covering WWII eastern front. Going through a youtube rabbit hole on russian war movies and came across this. Film one starts at the outset of Battle of Kursk and film five outside gates of Berlin. Things I like: thorough research, high historical fidelity.
