   • The only high prices imo are in the nicer suburbs where it is great to raise a family in a small safe community and be so close to a city, but you pay for the privilege as there’s high demand for people wanting that lifestyle. Overall I think despite its faults Cardiff is one of the best places to live in the world.

   • Cardiff now in comparison to 10 years ago is considerably different, there is a lot of development. People talk about their favourite places closing down but always neglect to mention new places opening up. People complain about high rises going up but fail to remember what grey 70s monstrosity was there before, etc.

   • World class Rugby culture, good football culture. Cons: Cardiff is the most boring metropolitan area in the UK except for Coventry and Reading, change my mind.
