Sep 6, 2024 · What if I want to stop the subscription? The subscription is super flexible so you can stop it at any time. You can also reactivate it at the click of a button, so if you are going on holiday or need a break you can just resume the deliveries when you get back.
If you'd like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, you can click 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any email from us. You will still receive delivery reminders and important updates, but nothing else. You can also get in touch with our Customer Love Team who will action this for you.
9.4 Pausing or Cancelling your subscription. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, through your Logged in Pages. The estimated shipment date for upcoming orders is visible on your logged in pages in the ‘Next Deliveries’ section.
If you’d like to pause your subscription and your dog has an upcoming delivery, you’ll need to pause before the cut off (which is 23:00 two days before the box is due) to ensure this box is not delivered. Our Customer Love team is available by phone, online chat or email.
