Mar 31, 2021 · My new Logitech C925e webcam is flickering about once every 10 seconds. It is generally the bottom 1/4 of the screen tearing but sometimes the full picture. This only occurs during teams meetings. The camera app is fine and if I go to teams/Settings/Devices it is fine. I used to use my laptops internal camera and did not have this issue.
