Shield does not scale with AP, only health and the scaling is bigger. Sion can recast the ability regardless of whether the shield is active or not. E Roar of the Slayer: Scales off of AD instead of AP. Now applies a Glory Mark to any champion hit by the ability or a minion that was thrown with the ability.

Feb 21, 2009 · The recast does not. An enemy can only be affected by Unstoppable Onslaught once every 1 second. After reaching maximum damage and stun duration (at 3 seconds) Sion will transition from using his haste animation to his unique charging one.
