May 9, 2024 · When Microsoft 365 customers attempted to email an address at @att.com, @sbcglobal.net, or @bellsouth.com, AT&T servers would refuse the connection and not accept the email for delivery.
This does not impact your AT&T Mail accounts (including @att.net, @sbcglobal.net, @bellsouth.net, etc.). You can continue to use them as you always have and will always be able to access your AT&T email from att.net. However, going forward, AT&T customers accessing Yahoo properties may notice changes in the sign-in experience.
