Thomas William Cleverley (born 12 August 1989) is an English football coach and former professional player who played as a midfielder. He is currently head coach of EFL Championship club Watford. After starting his career in the youth set-up at Bradford City, Cleverley joined Manchester United at the age of 12.
Tom Cleverley assumed the position of Head Coach in April 2024 following a short period as Interim Head Coach. The ex-Hornets captain intially rejoined the club as Under-18 Lead Coach in July 2023 following his retirement from football less than a month earlier.
