Nov 9, 2013 · OP try logging in from a pc to be sure username and password are actually correct. Make sure your network connection is actually functioning fully. Page 11 of the short manual on the Blackberry ID gives instruction on what to do if you have forgotten your password.

You can have the instructions about resetting your BlackBerry ID password sent to the email address that you use as yourBlackBerry ID username. For security reasons, your BlackBerry ID password can't be reset for you.
