The restaurant, Andre Etasje in Tønsberg Norway was the best food experience I have ever had. I have eaten at several Michelin restaurants in the past, and I was blown away by Andre Etasje. The taste, creativity, presentation, and use of local ingredients was impeccable. Certianly deserving of being looked into by the Michelin Guide.
