Rancho Notorious is a 1952 American Technicolor western film directed by Fritz Lang and starring Marlene Dietrich as the matron of a criminal hideout called Chuck-a-Luck, named after the game of chance referenced in the film.
Marlene Dietrich is the centerpiece as Altar Keane, owner of the Chuck-a-Luck, a horse ranch that doubles as a hideout for fugitives, while Arthur Kennedy plays Vern Haskell, a new arrival secretly searching for the man who raped and murdered his wife.
