You can view your booking online before travel at Manage booking by entering your booking reference and last name. Your booking reference consists of six letters and numbers and can be found on your e-ticket itinerary.
When you're ready to book your next Qantas flight, it's easy to redeem your Flight Credit. Simply go to Manage booking and enter your credit reference and last name. If you have a COVID-19 travel credit, you can request a refund by calling our dedicated team on 1300 668 885 within Australia, or +61 2 9123 7495 from outside Australia.
If you haven't already checked in via qantas.com or the Qantas App, an SMS will be sent to you prior to your flight, inviting you to check-in. Just make sure you update your mobile number in Manage booking or Frequent Flyer profile before flying.
To change to your booking online, retrieve your booking via Manage booking or log in to your Frequent Flyer account. Once you have retrieved your booking the 'change' button will be available for eligible bookings.
Forgot your password? PLEASE NOTE: - Your password for Staff Travel Online is unique and is not synchronised with other Qantas Group passwords. - After 5 unsuccessful password attempts, your account will be locked, after which you will have to contact Tech Support to reset the password.
