The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre is an aviation museum in East Kirkby, Lincolnshire, England. It was opened to the public in 1988 by Lincolnshire farmers Fred and Harold Panton, as a memorial to their older brother, Christopher Whitton Panton, who was killed on operations during the Second World War .
The Centre is home to some of the rarest, most amazing and important aircraft of WW2. The only place in the World where you can experience a running Lancaster and Mosquito together, the Centre has a truly unique collection of WW2 aircraft. Click on the aircraft below to learn more....
The Centre is home to Lancaster NX611 and a museum based on a WWII airfield with original control tower, Escaping Society museum, Home Front exhibition, Hampden restoration project, memorial chapel and many memorabilia exhibitions.
