   • Slightly late writing as I visited in late February before Vegas shut down, but hope to get back soon. Joel Robuchon was nice, elegant restaurant. Overall, the food was excellent, but the tasting menu was quite a bit of food. I think it was around 17 or so dishes, some small, some not so small. Excellent service, and great martini!
