Sorry Test, just saw this. You also need to use an autoloader to reset the device to defaults. If it's already connecting to a wireless network (as it is in your video) these steps will not work.
First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!
