I have a Blackberry Curve 8250 that was handed to me to fix. It was completely broken, screen cracked with water damage etc. I have replaced the screen and it now turns on. It comes up with an "Uncaught Exception Index 3=>3" Error. I read it up and apparently its due to a faulty app.
