  8. As I cannot get past both screens to perform a factory reset or any deletion of apps I am stuck. I think the best think to do would be to somehow reset the phone, erasing everything including the OS and installing a new OS from scratch. Problem is I have no idea how to do this. I'm not a Blackberry users therefore unfamiliar with its hacking.
