Go the manage internet email icon on the device then update my pin. Then I take my old phone start the device switch.

Afterwards, pull the SIM card tray out of the BLACKBERRY Classic Non Camera. Set your SIM card into the tray. Then push the SIM tray back into the phone.

Choose what you want erased.
Check the boxes for each of the items that you want wiped from the phone. If you want to completely erase your information, ensure that all of the boxes are checked.
To perform the wipe, you will need to enter the code. Type “blackberry” into the box and then select Wipe.
