Slide down the top menu. 3. Select Settings. 4. Select Networks and Connections. 5. Select Mobile Network. 6. Select APN. 7. Select Reset Defaults. 8. Select Restore. Your phone will reset to default Internet settings. Network problems should be solved at this point. Remember to turn off your Wi-Fi before testing.
