Aug 14, 2015 · Have an old 7250 from a former employer and am trying to remove the it policy & password. I've tried everything I could find on line did a security reset and wiped all my personal data but can't reset to factory. It has 4.1 software which seems to be the problem....clicked on updates in desktop manager but says there are no updates for the phone.
