Settings > Security and Privacy > Device Password. Turn on the Allow Apps to Extend Password Lock Time switch. To unlock your device, press the Power/Lock key. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Nov 23, 2016 · Put in a wrong password 10 times, it will wipe. This assumes you know the Google account login ID and password. If not the phone is stolen. It's not stolen. The seller said if we can get around the password he knows the BlackBerry ID and Google Account passwords, no issues.
