The Clock widget does not keep the correct time. I loaded the clock widget and set it for New York City (NYC) to show the East coast time zone. I looked at it a little after 6 pm and the time it displayed was 2:26. I checked and it was set for New York City and when I clicked on it to open the widget it showed the correct time.

Once the next screen comes up (the one with the clock details), just do a quick tap in the center of that clock and it will bring up a list of cities and their time zones to choose from. There are multiple clock widgets.
Oct 10, 2021 · If you look at the image below, you’d see the time on the top left corner is 16:05 but the Clock widget shows 03:35. To fix it, simply tap and hold the Clock Widget on your iPhone’s Home Screen. Tap Edit Widget to open the Widget menu. Here you would find the option to change the Time Zone, set it to whatever is applicable for your location.
