Sep 1, 2018 · Windows 10 was automatically selecting 59.940 Hz and my touch screen was not working under these conditions. SOLUTION: 1. Hit the WINDOWS KEY & type settings 2. Click on DISPLAY 3. Scroll to bottom of page and click on ADVANCED DISPLAY SETTINGS 4. Select 60.000 Hz and then keep if your screen is ok. Now try the touch screen again.

Oct 25, 2022 · Right-click the HID-compliant touch screen. Click Update driver. Select Search automatically for drivers. Windows should find the driver you downloaded and install it. If not, return to this screen and click Browse my computer for drivers to locate it manually. Restart and see if your problem is resolved.

There is also a special Tablet Mode that makes use of the touch screen to interact with Windows.
