Aug 24, 2019 · No, Only iPhone data will be wipe out. SIM data remains safe. No. Hardly anything is stored on the SIM card these days and there's no reason to wipe any of that. If you're really paranoid you should be able to remove it first. Just the "stuff" on your phone.
