Lucky Luke is a Western bande dessinée series created by Belgian cartoonist Morris in 1946. Morris wrote and drew the series single-handedly until 1955, after which he started collaborating with French writer René Goscinny. Their partnership lasted until Goscinny's death in 1977.

A video game based on the film was published, developed and released by Atari, SA in 2007 for the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and Microsoft Windows.
It was certainly a more modern adaptation of one of the comics (I'm not sure if i remember the name correctly but i guess it's called wagon train or something like that) so I dunno if it's similar to the new adventures except the studio that made it is the same. I like it.
