Aug 2, 2018 · I have initiated a formal complaint to Everest but I wont let it drag on for weeks. If I have to I will cancel and try to get the deposit back legally after. Whatever the outcome I will not be ripped off by people like this.
Apr 29, 2024 · I paid a deposit to Everest Double Glazing a few weeks ago for a contract to replace my existing windows. Since then, they have gone into administration and I am now not sure of my rights. I paid the deposit using a UK credit card.
