Mar 26, 2018 · Press Windows+R to open the Run box. Type shell:startup and click OK to open your Startup folder. Position it at the top-right of your screen. Open your Start menu, and drag-drop the Weather shortcut/tile into the Startup folder. Now every time you login, the Weather app will open by itself.
