   Nov 6, 2013 · I performed a security wipe and am going through the set-up process to get it working on my BB-ID. When I get to the "Agreement" screen, it presents a field for country, and a "drop down". The field is blank, as is the drop down menu. Because no country is selected, I can't agree to the BlackBerry ID Agreement, I can't proceed beyond this screen.
