  4. Feb 9, 2012 · If you wiped your PlayBook, you can definitely get it back up and running again in 2023! Go to the instructions in the YouTube video posted above. This will install a BB10 Dev Alpha for the PlayBook. The workaround to get past the setup screens can take a few tries of back and forth.

  5. I have confirmed this works on the Z10, Classic, and Passport and have every reason to believe it will work across all devices. The fix also does more than simply get you out of setup (permanently)--it also restores the ability to sideload so you can use native BB10 apps!!!!

  7. Aug 26, 2022 · I've found that by using a non-destructive autoloader (core OS only autoloader) It is possible to downgrade the PlayBook without having to set up the PlayBook from scratch. For this to work, you'll need a PlayBook running on OS 10.0.4 with the initial setup completed.
