It doesn't actually matter which option you choose if you want to print the boarding pass at the airport, as they all allow you to do it, assuming the airport has self service check-in machines that BA use. If there are no machines available, the check-in agents will print it for you.
You don't need to print the boarding card, enough to just check in 24 hours prior departure and select your seat. BA will print the card at the airport. (no charge)
