The film's title is from a Carl Reiner joke. He's in his 90s and doesn't eat breakfast until he's checked to see if he's in the NY Times obituaries. Reiner, along with several nonagenarian and centenarian friends (Mel Brooks, Norman Lear etc.), provide old-folk commentary and advice for longevity in the course of the documentary.
