"Reba the Landlord" is the seventeenth episode in the fifth season of the WB drama Reba. It originally aired on March 17, 2006.
Reba decides to buy Barbara Jean's house after Brock decides he's going to sell it to pay back the debt to the IRS. Now, Reba and Van are shocked when Barbara Jean gives them so many things to do. After Barbara Jean falls and trips herself, she sues Reba.

Synopsis by Tim Holland. Reba buys Brock's house and becomes his landlord after Barbra Jean tells her Brock must sell their home to pay his tax debt. But Reba soon regrets it because Barbra Jean starts complaining about everything and ends up suing Reba.
In an effort to save Brock and Barbra Jean from losing their home, Reba and Van buy their house and rent it out to them. Barbra Jean doesn't like the idea of Reba being her landlady, so when she sprains her ankle in the house, she decides to file a lawsuit against Reba.
