The beach was a short walk from the centre of Ceuta, which was beautiful with parks, fountains, plazas, museums, monuments and historical buildings including the House of Dragons, the Cathedral,, the fort, Murallas Reales de Ceuta, the Triumphal arch, Faro Punta Almin lighthouse and Fuerte del Desnarigado fort.
