- About Us
The Stanway School is a non-selective 11-16 academy in the west side of Stanway. The school was founded in 1956 and has grown over time to now house 1400 students across 5 year groups.
Students study a wide range of subjects across KS3 and receive relevant and appropriate careers advice before choosing four options to take through to KS4. Throughout the school, students in all years receive Religious Education, Citizenship and Core PE lessons without terminal examinations.

Jun 19, 2018 · The Stanway School is a happy school with students who respond to our high academic, cultural and sporting expectations. Our excellent accommodation and resources help us to ensure that these expectations are met. In May 2013, Ofsted rated the school as a ‘good’ school.
