May 11, 2015 · Pour in coconut milk just until a little above the rice. If the coconut milk is not enough, top off with some meat stock or water and check for seasonings(do not stir). If any more seasoning is needed you may add salt to taste and the other Onga cube.

Directions for making the Coconut Jollof Rice. Steam the chicken with the white onions, seasoning cubes, thyme and some of the coconut milk. Once it gets a good overall steam, add the rest of the coconut milk and start cooking till done. Top it up with water from time to time when necessary.
