This is an entire list of Club Penguin Private Servers (CPPS) that have been discovered and have remained operational for more than a month since May 14, 2020.

These servers are currently playable. The Flash servers usually have downloadable clients, though it is also possible to use a browser that still supports Flash such as Ungoogled Chromium or Pale Moon. The HTML5 servers are playable out-of-the-box on current browsers.

Club Penguin Online was Free Penguin. Unless I'm wrong and it was Virtual Penguin. I don't really care on these 2 CPPSs since they are literally the same game. Party tracker, commands, morphs, things that make the item grind of other games a joke.
Use flash web browser. You need to download their client. I don't have the link on hand but their discord server is https://rockets.chat/ and that has a link to the client. I've been trying to play operation blackout by making a cpps and playing it there, but when i try to play on the server it tells me that flash in no….
the !ai cpps that comes to mind is cpps.me (new url is cpps.to) but that's been dead since march 2020, its flash only but gives a browser link
