Mar 29, 2023 · What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo? The only main issue we had with it, and it caused us to address our hardware as a staff was the compatibility issue. A lot of employees used android, and some used IOS.

Apr 2, 2024 · Hi GlennD, thanks for the response. I opened the log file in Notepad as you suggested. However, much of the content was not converted to normal text, but was garbled or encrypted. So I could not read from the log file what kind of operation was performed. What is the best way to check afterwards...

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to logmein rescue. The features it has that I like are the ability to connect to smartphones and any operating system. Any ideas? Or do they cost the most because they do the most?
