"Goodbye" is the tenth and final episode of Season 7 of The Good Doctor. It is the hundred-and-twenty-sixth and final episode overall, and aired on May 21, 2024.
As the doctors consider their futures, they work together to solve one of the most important cases of their careers.
•Glassman reveals that his doctors had found the returned cancer on his yearly scan and gave him three to six months to live.
•Given the timing, Glassman's yearly scans were presumably what he was waiting for the results of in "Faith."
•Claire's collapse is revealed to be because of an acinetobacter post-op infection, something that is resistant to all antibiotics. Claire loses her left arm to the infection, but she is saved by an experimental bacteriophage treatment devised by Shaun and Charlie.
•Shaun mentions the time that he and Glassman got high together in "Faces."
•The series ends with a flashforward ten years, revealing the fates of all of the characters.
