While Captain Samantha Carter and Dr. Daniel Jackson try to escape from Eskal, Colonel Jack O'Neill is implanted with a Goa'uld. Teal'c, who left Stargate Command, seeks help on Chulak to assist SG-1. There he has an unexpected volunteer, Major General George S. Hammond.

Teal'c must help the Tok'ra Aldwin prepare a nuclear weapon to explode the whole moon when his ship arrives as their last chance to eliminate Sokar, but he decides to rescue SG-1 instead, by flying in the path of the rings device on Sokar's ship when he arrives.
Season Ratings. O'Neill, Carter and Jackson must escape Hathor's clutches, while Teal'c tries to raise a Jaffa army on Chulak. General Hammond must take desperate measures to rescue the team. SG-1 must find a renegade Goa'uld who has been hiding on Earth for thousands of years.
