Not really, no. As far as I can see, the best it can do is to filter "highres movies", but that category contains everything from telesyncs and R5 DVD-rips to 1080p Blurays. With Demonoid you could select only 1080p or only 720p, so you wouldn't have to wade through all the low quality torrents. And that feature I haven't found anywhere else.
