6 days ago · Either get your boarding pass at the airport via the check-in counter or self-serve kiosks or download a mobile boarding pass to your phone ahead of time. In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps for each method to make your flight preparation easier.
- Start by checking in online. If you’ve upgraded to Premium, Extra Legroom seats or Extra Space seats, or chosen the Select Your Seat option, online check-in will open 14 days prior to your departure.
- Day-before bag drop. If your flight has a TOM flight number, your flight time is eligible, and you’re flying from Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Gatwick or Manchester, you can check your bags in on the day before you're due to fly.
- Self-service bag drop. If you’ve checked in online, your flight has a TOM or BY flight number and you’re flying from an eligible airport, you can head straight to the self-service bag drop kiosks when you arrive at the airport.
- No bags to check in? If you’re just taking hand luggage with you on your flight, and you’ve checked in online, you can make your way to security as soon as you arrive at the airport.
