The study of early education and development (SEED) evaluates the:

Since 1975, the Center for Early Education and Development (CEED) has supported early care and education professionals who help children from infancy through age eight learn and develop to the best of their abilities.
This research explored parent’s understanding and concerns around early child development, their own childhood experiences, barriers and motivators to accessing parenting support, and views on wider societal perceptions.
Since the late 1990s there has been significant investment in early education. Currently, in England all three- and four-year-olds are entitled to up to 15 hours a week of free childcare and early education, for up to 38 weeks a year, with an extra 15 hours offered free to eligible working parents.
