A Remarkable Life tells the story of a man who finds his life falling apart and is forced to examine his identity, his manhood and his sense of self. Lenny (Chris Bruno) faces loss of his job, a son with Asperger’s Syndrome (Jack Horan), and a wife (Daphne Zuniga) who’s fallen in love with the son’s female doctor (Helen Slater).
Many positive aspects -- a film that touches on many of today's relevant issues -- family, blended family, a special needs child, a couple that cares but cannot stay together, a strong dose of faith and, best of all, seven or eight characters you care about.

There are aspects of this movie that work really well, particularly in the 2nd half of the movie and I wished they were explored more but for the most part it was poorly written with several scenes that border on parody.
