Lakeside School is an independent school for boys and girls with special educational needs, including ADHD, autism and speech difficulties. It offers a personalised curriculum, a nurturing environment and a range of therapeutic and creative opportunities.
Lakeside School is a school for pupils with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism, hearing and visual impairments, and physical disabilities. It serves a wide catchment area in Welwyn Hatfield and offers individual and holistic education for up to 81 pupils aged 2-19.

Aug 30, 2023 · A trip to Lakeside isn’t complete without watching the incredible sunset on the dock with a cone from the Whistle Stop – truly a staple! What To Do. Although Lakeside is known for its calm, slow-paced way of life, it is also chalked full of activities and fun things to do – especially during the warmer months.
Lakeside School is a school for children with various special educational needs, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN and SpLD. It offers personalised learning, small classes, iPad use and a nurturing environment.
The mission of Lakeside School is to develop in intellectually capable young people the creative minds, healthy bodies, and ethical spirits needed to contribute wisdom, compassion, and leadership to a global society.
