Frederica Louisa of Hesse-Darmstadt (German: Friederike Luise; 16 October 1751 – 25 February 1805) was Queen of Prussia and Electress of Brandenburg as the second spouse of King Frederick William II.
Queen Frederica Louisa (1751-1805) was the daughter of Ludwig IX, Landgrave of Hesse-Darmstadt. In 1769, she married, as his second wife, King Frederick William of Prussia, miniatures of whom are also in the Royal Collection (RCIN 420504 and 420500).
Frederica Louisa (1751-1805) was the Queen Consort of Friedrich Wilhelm II, King of Prussia. The sitter of one of the other portraits has traditionally been held to be Princess Augusta, Duchess of Brunswick (1737-1813), the eldest child of Frederick Louis, Prince of Wales and Princess Augusta of Saxe-Gotha, and the sister of George III.
