An easy to understand humorous poem calling out the lazy folks of society. The poem consists of six stanzas and follows the couplet rhyme scheme.
Life is an adventure and those who do not explore and take risks, miss out on all the fun and essence of life. They are either impeded by the fear of failure or are just too lazy to actually make an effort to improve their life. They reckon they are too superior for all these adventures and only sit back and criticise.
Had the world been in control of such individuals, they would have obliterated the very existence of human life. No inventions or discoveries would have graced this world.
Had everyone thought likewise, why struggle, why improve? We would still be living in the Stone Age and have had made no progress. The world be a very boring and mundane place if it was run by folks who said that things were too difficult and can not be done.
Life is difficult but only those people who have the determination, confidence and willpower in them to face and battle with these difficulties emerge successful. Those who say that it is hard and can’t be done, are in great error. They are aloof from all the good parts of life and if the world worked on their command, humans would not have progres...
