Downtime is the first album by Nick Piunti & The Complicated Men. After 4 successful solo albums beginning with 2013's "13 In My Head" Nick felt like it was time to shake things up with a new band. As always it's Nick on vocals and guitars along with Complicated Men's Jeff Hupp (bass), Ron Vensko (drums) and Kevin Darnall (keys).
After two fine LPs and an EP fronting Detroit’s “The Respectables,” Nick Piunti hit reset with 2013's "13 in My Head". Since then, Nick has released four more albums, 2015’s “Beyond the Static”, 2016’s Jem Records debut “Trust your Instincts," 2018’s “Temporary High” and now the new 2020 album, "Downtime."
Artwork by the talented artist Megan Piunti. Borrowing from a popular board game from the 60's, but in the place of body parts each song is represented with an icon. Includes unlimited streaming of Heart Inside Your Head via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.

Nick's 4th album in 6 years, it's power pop, indie rock, guitar driven timeless rock and roll. Produced by Geoff Michael and Nick at Big Sky Recording. Nick (vocals, guitars, keys) is once again joined by Donny Brown (drums, keys, backing vocals) and Andy Reed (bass and B3 organ).
