Carole Baraton, Yohann Comte and Pierre Mazars packed up from Wild Bunch, Gaumont and Studiocanal, respectively, to join Constantin Briest’s investment company, Asuna, in forming Charades.
It was founded in March 2017 by Carole Baraton, Pierre Mazars and Yohann Comte, following successful tenures at Wild Bunch, Studio Canal and Gaumont respectively. Since then, Charades has developed an eclectic slate, from prestige arthouse to animations, genre, comedy, and 3D animation.
