Andrew Neville Wilman (born 16 August 1962) is an English television producer who is best known as the co-creator (with Jeremy Clarkson) and former executive producer of the Top Gear show, from 2002 to 2015, as well as being the executive producer of The Grand Tour.

The Grand Tour is a British motoring television series, created by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, James May and Andy Wilman, made for Amazon exclusively for its online streaming service Amazon Prime Video, and premiered on 18 November 2016.

"The original reason they wanted me on Top Gear was to do consumery investigative stuff. But Watchdog were really doing that better. So they wanted somone to be naked more often. My first piece, I was in a sauna. Then I went to do limousines and I was naked in the back in a Jacuzzi. And then the full big frontal which was the Nude Classic Car Show. Andy Wilman is the current executive producer of The Grand Tour and the former executive producer of Top Gear. Wilman and Clarkson were responsible for much of that era of Top Gear's style and humour. Wilman and Clarkson were childhood friends from Repton School in Derby.
Wilman's career on Top Gear started in the original format, as he was presented at least 38 segments from Series 32 in 1994 through to Series 45 in 2001, only 2 of which were regular roadtests. In 2002, after the original show's demise, he along with Clarkson, took control of the show.
Wilman, alongside Richard Hammond and James May, famously quit Top Gear in 2015 following Jeremy Clarkson's Dismissal. Wilman, Clarkson, May, and Hammond now own W. Chump & Sons, the television studio responsible for producing The Grand Tour. Wilman is referred to by name as 'Mr. Wilman' on The Grand Tour, which was used as a scapegoat for the premise of the Namibia Special.
In 2020, Wilman was reported to have been one of the victims of Covid-19, and according to Clarkson, had difficulty in breathing, though according to another source, was on the mend.
