In the last couple of days, UKTV Play has stopped working completely. When I select UKTV Play from "Apps", it goes away for a few seconds then goes to whatever I was doing before pushing the Blue button. I tried a few of the other "Apps" and they all seem to be working OK. MB
Mar 13, 2023 · Re: UKTV Channels in BTTV IP mode. Ideally, IP mode should be an add on to provide channels in a better quality but with the Freeview channels still being available when there is no IP option. Fibre 2 Unlimited using EE Smart Hub 2 with EE TV Box Pro (UHD/HDR) in IP mode.

I've done a quick google search and UK TV have advised that if you can view adverts but can't watch shows you need to get in touch with them directly. 0 Ratings.

Been going on a while now, watching a show and when the adds finish the app freezes the box, I tried turning the box off for 30 seconds and trying again, this works for a while but the same thing happens. Sep 13, 2020 · Hi, UKTV app not working, App loads ok, but when trying to load a TV show is hangs at the adverts and just keeps playing adverts I have tried unplugging the power, I have updated the software and I performed a factory reset but to none of these worked Any advice would be appreciated Thanks
Oct 3, 2023 · UKTV channels like Drama and Yesterday are not currently available as BT could not get a suitable deal with them. I hope that this is resolved soon as they are big misses. If you have a fire stick or Roku device you could download the missing channels as live streams on the UKTV play app.
